Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with our handmade woven blanket store. Every blanket we create is carefully made with attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and premium woven materials. Unlike mass-produced products kept in warehouse inventory, our blankets are prepared through a made-to-order production process to ensure each item meets our quality standards before shipment.

Because of the time and care involved in creating each woven blanket, customers should expect a production period before shipment takes place. Once an order has been successfully placed, production and preparation begin shortly afterward. Please allow approximately 6–8 business days for your order to be woven, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipping. During periods of high order volume, holidays, or seasonal demand, processing times may occasionally extend slightly in order to maintain product quality and production accuracy.

After production has been completed and the order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are approximately 5–9 business days depending on the shipping destination, carrier operations, and local delivery conditions. While we work hard to ship all orders as efficiently as possible, shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier interruptions, customs processing for international orders, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or inaccurate shipping information entered during checkout. We appreciate customer patience and understanding in situations where shipping carriers experience delays after packages have left our facility.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take a short amount of time to appear within the carrier’s system after shipment confirmation has been issued. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery information remains accurate.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and billing information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, local postal services, and import processing within the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by local regulations.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery rests with the carrier. Although we will always do our best to assist customers with shipping concerns, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, stolen deliveries, or transit interruptions after shipment has been confirmed.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship separately depending on production scheduling, packaging requirements, or availability. In these situations, customers may receive separate tracking updates for different items within the same order.
