Every blanket we create is made with care, attention to detail, and high-quality woven materials designed for collectors, movie lovers, and customers who appreciate unique home decor. Because each item is prepared specifically for our customers, we ask that all buyers carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, shipping details, and order selections before completing checkout.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to personal preference or change of mind. This includes situations where a customer no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong product, selected the incorrect size, changed their mind after purchase, or expected differences in texture, color tone, or appearance caused by screen brightness, lighting, or monitor settings. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product images and information before placing an order.
As a small business working with woven production and custom inventory preparation, every order begins processing shortly after it is placed. Because of this, cancellations and modifications may not always be possible once payment has been completed. While customers are welcome to contact us regarding an order concern, cancellation requests are reviewed individually and cannot be guaranteed.
Although we generally do not accept returns, certain issues may qualify for review by our support team. These situations are limited to products that arrive with significant manufacturing defects, damage caused during transit, or cases where the incorrect item was received. In these rare situations, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide their order number along with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible issue being reported.
All requests submitted to our team are reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis. Submission of photos or documentation does not automatically guarantee approval for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit. Our team reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies under our policy guidelines. Requests that do not meet our review requirements may be declined.
To be considered eligible for review, products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging included. Items showing signs of use, washing, wear, damage after delivery, alterations, or improper handling may not qualify for any type of review or resolution.
Please note that certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund consideration under any circumstances. This includes custom or personalized blankets, limited edition items, discounted products, promotional purchases, gift orders, and international shipments.
If a request is approved following review, any refund issued will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our team.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, billing details, and addresses entered during checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses or delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.
